The survey report will show the ratings on the interpersonal skills, leadership, communication, decision making and resourcefulness of each participating employee. The system allows you to choose the area you want to assess and sets questions accordingly.
360 Degree Feedback implies that apart from the self-appraisal of an employee, the subordinates, peers and supervisors can provide the feedback. (In the traditional system, only the supervisor provides feedback.) You can even include customers, partners, beneficiaries or any other stakeholder as respondents to get their input.
